Important Statement

To all our followers and supporters, it has become apparent to us recently that there was a former Class 60 group of some sort, we are not sure what their accurate title was or what their intensions were, We are in no way associated with them, we do not know their identity or origins, we have no connection whatsoever and rebut any claims otherwise.

The Class 60 Preservation Group was set up by us in 2023 and is a Ltd Company.

Our primary aim is to preserve a class 60 locomotive, our journey to that goal is fraught with all sorts of obstacles, as other preservation groups ahead of us have found.

We do not have ANY connection with the previous group, we're sorry that anyone fell foul of them, please don't let that deter you from supporting us in any way possible.

We have lots of ideas and plans to get where we need to be but we want to complete that journey in the right way and at a manageable pace.
